Gentleman Packard Sherhlook (a.k.a. The Boss Bull)
Gentleman Packard Sherhlook is an older, human male captain who serves as the current leader or "Boss Bull" of the Walrusians, a maritime trade organization that runs secret shiploads of goods and travelers between Svetli and Orcli.
Gentleman Sherhlook is seldom seen without his captain get-up, and is a constant traveler although a regular checking in with Hoshton and its pubs. He manages a complex network throughout Midora and keeps up with his associates, checking in regularly in person, sometimes unannounced, which is typically seen as a pleasant surprise. He has a gruff personality but is strongly driven by his vision and moral compass, driven by freedom, independence, and cooperation.
He captains the Walrusian ship, Rosemary.
