Gianseppi Marlo

Gianseppi Marlo is a human male who is the mayor of Bonn on Arruck Hwell's southeastern point.  Gianseppi comes from a line of pastry-makers, although he himself is more of a handyman and problem-solver.  He first rose to prominence when he developed a kind of flytrap by using cane syrup to trap flies on a glass orb lit with light whether by electricity, fire, or magic.  He became a successful businessman selling his invention and worked up a working relationship with some glass gnomes he invited into the city.  Gianseppi has several tiefling friends and has a witty, savvy personality, with a slight flare for the dramatic although he likes to keep an impressive and suave image, with his goatee, pointed chin, dark eylashes, and slicked-back hair.
