High Commander

High Commander is a term reserved for orcs that report directly to King Kruvh, which is the highest rank below Prince and King in terms of the orcish monarchy and the military for which they command.  High Commanders have Commanders and various other ranks beneath them, which are typically filled by other orcs or humans.
