Kesenah Kindness (a.k.a. Ksenya)
Ksenya, born "Kesenah" and later known as "Kindness," is a female tiefling who owns Ksenya's Casino in Stabbles, the shanty trade post village in the Kersholms. She has connections to the Ritzkya although acts primarily as a free agent as she is geographically isolated. She has a knack for the odds being in her favor and the ability to bestow fortune or misfortune on guests and casino-goers.
