Lieutenant Ilrica Lampas

Lieutenant Ilrica Lampas is a human, middle-aged, female, Arruckian commander of Arruck's Fort Dalo, which oversees traffic to and from the Arruckian capital, Fleurnsey, which is also the only Arruckian city on the south-facing coast.  Lieutenant Lampas grew up in Seynd and joined the Classe of Orcli as a young girl, where she rose through the ranks, standing out as a loyal soldier and as a female.  She gained leadership positions culminating in her current command at Fort Dalo.  She has higher aspirations, but is frustrated as her ethnicity, species, and gender are all limiting factors in the orc-led upper leadership of the Classe of Orcli.
Lampas has tan skin, a pointy chin, and salt and pepper curly hair.  She is proud and stern and speaks with an Arruckian accent.  While loyal to the Classe of Orcli and its orcish overlords, she is a proud protector of her native Arruck.  She is the captain of the COO Repentance, which is known for its blockade abilities and its ability to make quick 180-degree turns despite its large size and sails, thanks to its experienced crew and complex rigging system of its sails and rudders.
