Lord Horaab (a.k.a. Lord Horrible, Crime Lord Horaab)

Lord Horaab, also known as Lord Horrible, is an older tiefling who is the current mayor of Port Sulfur and crime lord of the Ritzkya, the tiefling mafia. He has dark red skin, a forked tail, and is heavy-set, often sitting on his throne of sorts. He walks with a cane and wears many rings on his long-nailed fingers. His black hair is slicked back, and his horns curl backwards.
Lord Horaab is known for his cruelty but also for his advocacy of tieflings and antigovernmental stances. It is no secret he is the crime lord of the Ritzkya, yet he is still allowed to rule over Port Sulfur, and to an extent, the whole of Tockotch Hwell, since Sagegrass and the Swamp Towns are dependent on trade with Port Sulfur. He reluctantly receives advice from Tockotch's governor as well as other orc overlords. However, he does hold a respect for King Kruvh and the king's allowances and protections for tieflings, although he resents paying taxes and having to follow rules and regulations.
