Marquesa Seintéssi (a.k.a. La Marquesa)
Marquesa Seintéssi (also known as her tiefling name, Sintres) is a female tiefling who is the current mayor of Seynd, one of Arruck Hwell's Dorstle Towns. She has pale yellow skin and dark yellow hair, with curled-back rams horns. She adorns her skin with pink blush and glistening lotions, giving her a vibrant, colorful, and glittering appearance. She rose to prominence as a performer, making powerful connections and gathering a fanbase to grow her prominence in her town, to the point of winning a mayoral election. She has high visions for Seynd, separating more from the lull of the other Dorstle Towns and engaging more in trade and adventuring throughout the Elbrando Hrug and lands to the west and north. She has Ritzkya connections as most tieflings do, but is a proud Arruckian, with ancestors from Bonn.
