Pastor Bier Crassard (a.k.a. Brother Bier, Pastor Custard)

Pastor Bier Crassard is an elderly, boisterous man who serves as the current governor of Sogn Hwell, residing in the capitol of Queysted and occasionally travelling to Hevedberg to represent his hwell.  His son, Onri, has recently taken over as mayor, which he also served as, due to the relatively small size of Sogn Hwell and its capitol Queysted.  He also currently serves as the head of Queysted's chapel, which is dedicated to Quebyck, god of fields.  He has a large belly, booming voice, and rosy cheeks.
Queystedians close to his age affectionately refer to him as "Brother Bier," and a somewhat derogatory nickname of his is "Pastor Custard" due to his large size and sweet tooth.
