Port Citadel
Port Citadel is a large, wide, and smooth bay that is home to the naval military vessels, along with residential districts further from the coast. Although Kastill is the capital of Ghadjo Hwell, Port Citadel is the island's largest city and only port, since the rest of the island has a cliffy coast.
Port Citadel's bay ("Citadel Bay") is constantly docked with large naval vessels and ships, and its coastal land and city design rises behind on a hill that rises up to Ghadjo's highland topography. From above, Ghadjo's road systems connect Port Citadel's alley streets to other destinations on Ghadjo - Kastill to the southwest, Fort Sheer to the southeast, and Fort Cast to the northeast.
Demographics
Human majority with a tiefling minority. Mixed population as a result of the military, which is typical of Ghadjo Hwell's towns and settlements. The native Ghadjoan humans are the largest group, but are themselves in a minority. They are respected as the locals, however, and many businesses are industries are owned and operated by them.

Mayor elected, who is typically pro-orc, pro-government, pro-military, and Ghadjoan.
Defences
Crowded bay makes pirate invasions impossible, along with cannons, forts, lookouts, and outposts all along the coast of the bay.

As Ghadjo's only port, Port Citadel is also popular and vital for Ghadjo's imports and exports.

History
Port Citadel grew in size and prominence as Ghadjo was chosen to be the capital of the Orcish regime due to its centrality in Orcli and defensability due to Ghadjo's natural defensive coastline of cliffs.
As a result of its more-recent growth, the population of Port Citadel is diverse in terms of race and ethnicity, or location of their native hwell.
