Prandil

The Prandil people are an ethnicity, typically existing as minorities not connected to a particular hwell, making it easy for them to move to other locations and mix with other ethnicities. Their culture values dance, music, and family, yet are often savvy at business, skilled in labor, and able to assimilate well. The people typically have brown skin and straight, black hair. Prandil women often have multiple ear piercings and wear their hair long and braided, and the men typically keep facial hair (usually goatees or beards) trimmed and sometimes decorated. Their lack of homeland has led to some Prandil people take to the seas and piracy, often fueled by a desire for discovery, adventure, and exploration.
The Prandil people's capital of sorts is Port Pond where there is a high concentration of Prandil humans, and their colorful architecture along with its geometric and floral designs, bold colorful streamers, and gilded, curved rooves on their buildings.  As a result, Port Pond has a nickname, "Port Prandil" or "Prandil Pond."
