Prasinthia van de Scavvers is an older halfling female who serves as the matron of the Straughten Arrow saloon. She makes up for her short stature with her tall wigs and outrageous, busty costumes. Known as "the Matron" or "Frau van-de-Scavvers," she is known for her ales, shows, and personality. She is good friends with head performer and mayor, Fancy Robles, and was instrumental in gathering halfling support for Fancy's mayorship, as Tatsch's towns are mostly halfling-run.
