Principal Michel Legarde

Principal Michel Legarde is the current principal of the Military Academy of Orcli and head overseer of the mountain fortress of Academopolis, part of the three fortresses of Kastill, the royal capital.
Originally from Murrask Hwell, Principal Legarde joined the military at a young age where he showed academic interest in military formations.  After serving on naval assignments around the northern seas of Orcli and even some campaigns to Svetli, he got a job as scholar at the Academy.  Over the years, he went from scholar to professor to administrator before his promotion to Principal.
Legarde is known for his black, slicked-back hair and pencil mustache, along with his picky personality and fierce devotion to order, strictness, and sense of etiquette.
