Salty Pond

Salty Pond is a nondescript pond located in southwest Nickwick, in southwest Caivh Hwell.  It is full of brackish water and corresponding hardy sea reeds.
During high tides, the pond floods with seawater.  As a result, Faerie Runners have used the pond as a bay, which is rare for Caivh Hwell, enabling secretive naval transportation of people and goods to and from Caivh Hwell.  These operations occur only during nighttime high tides where there is little to no moonlight.  To Faerie Runners, the location during these times is called "Port Salty".
