Sworden Order

The Sworden Order is a secret society of prominent Orclians (typically leaders of some sort) who desire to overthrow the orcs and restore Orcli to its previous "Pamona" state, ushering in a new "age of freedom."  Their logo is a black sword and oar crossed in an X, and their motto is "Row and rebel, unite and untie."

Structure

Membership is secretive, as are meetings and correspondence.  Newly-elected leaders throughout Orcli are scouted out by recruiters based on orc sentiment and influence/longevity of office.

Culture

Secretive, cooperative, collaborative, collective, does not sponsor terroristic tactics; culture of using influence to overcome orcish overrule through growth, policy, and a future, quick, clean rebellion.
