Topsy Fungalbloom is the owner of a plant shop in Hevedberg's Cw Mydru, specializing in flora and fungi hailing from her native Caivh Hwell's Mossellia, where her sister is the current mayor.
Her brother, Scurvy Fungalbloom, is a well-known gnome captain, which is rare.
Topsy has yellowish skin, yellow eyes, and dark green hair, adorned with plants.  She usually has mud smudged on her face.  She is a proud gnome but enjoys living outside of her native Mossellia.
