Turnkey Latchload is the newly-elected mayor of Felsuvn, the first gnome mayor of a Meyjakhian town in its history.  Turnkey is a gold-toothed business-savvy glass gnome who owns his own stone transportation company, which operates the tracks from Aldanbeld to Felsuvn and its ports.  Turnkey is known for his money-first mentality, Turnkey is less of a gnome champion and more of a profit-driven individual, assimilating as needed with the humans and dwarves of Meyjakh.
