Turvy Fungalbloom

Turvy Fungalbloom is the current mayor of Mossellia, the capital of Caivh Hwell and the gnomish capital. She has dark red, curly hair adorned with pieces of plant material, wide purple eyes, and wears purple lipstick. 
 She is proud of her city but aims to be in more communication and contact with the world outside of Mossellia, including involving other gnomes and encouraging visitors.  She has a cool personality, being both responsible as well as maintaining a care-free air about her.
Her sister, Tipsy Fungalbloom, owns a plant shop in Hevedberg's Cw Mydru, and her brother, Scurvy Fungalbloom, is an avid shipman and a gnomish captain.
