Whitgald Hrug
The Whitgald Hrug, meaning the "Platinum Ridge," is a ridge of rounded and bald mountains, which are by no means easy to traverse on the surface - dwarven tunnels are the primary means of transportation through and along the ridge by way of Weghall.
The mountain ranges from north to south and separates Moethe Havn into an eastern and western halves. The southern mountains are simply known as the "Sownth Whitgalds" and the northern mountains are known as the "Nuppern Whitgalds".
Geography
The mountains rise from the slopes to the west and the hills and highlands to the east, culminating in a few snow-capped ridges, with rounded balds and shallower ridges in between.
Fauna & Flora
Unicorns, griffins, horses, wyrms, drakes, hippogriffs

History
The mountains, geologically connected to Meyjakh and Orze's mountains, used to be connected via undersea tunnels, which have since collapsed and exist only in legend. However, the dwarves were able to carve these tunnels, enabling them to invade Moethe and Orze from Meyjakh, which ushered in the relatively short Age of Dwarves. Weghall, a Moethean settlement, is primarily dwarf to this day.
Tourism
The mountains are known for their veins of "white gold" or platinum, as well as their diamonds, white-colored crystals and mineral deposits, which can glow white when imbued with magic, and russet-colored stone.
