Yfirnasælwyr's Breath Fortified Spiced Liquor

Yfirnasælwyr's Breath Fortified Spiced Liquor is a dwarven-made liquor brewed in Vormittaegilyn on the Serpent's Tail Peninsula of the Dwarven Forelands. It is distilled from coastal wheat and infused with exotic spices from the far-away Irattaviṭiyaltīvu Islands as well as minor amounts of cinnabar and sulphur.
It is drank primarily by Dwarves as most races cannot stomach it.
Common complaints by Sumraki-Ashaī who consumed this liquor include stomach upset, gut cramps, painful diarrhea, vomiting, pain while urinating as well as headaches, minor burns in throat and mouth, nausea, profuse sweating, a flushed face and general discomfort.
Some elemental magick wielders claim that drinking this liquor makes casting fire magick easier and enables more powerful spellcasting.

Mechanics: Anybody drinking Yfirnasælwyr's Breath Fortified Spiced Liquor must make a Constitution saving throw of DC 18, for Dwarves the DC is 14. If you fail the saving throw roll 3 times on the complications table, your character experiences all three effects. You gain Fire Resistance 4, if you already have a Fire Resistance add 4 to it. Spellcasters add 1d3 to the damage of any offensive fire spells. The effects, both positive and negative, last for 6 hours.
