Finnsariel

Finnsariel the White, also called Finnsariel of the Frozen Heart or Lord Hoarfrost is one of the True Fey and the Fey Exemplar Lord of Winter.

Finnsariel is said to be everly proper and ordinarily a coldly calculating leader but prone to sudden outbursts of cruel and uncaring repercussion against those that he feels have wronged him.

Finnsariel rules the Realm of Winter from within a frozen palace where he is said to hold his stately court in great luxury and splendor.
