Volshebnik Sanitarii

The Volshebnik Sanitarii, also called Sanitation Wizards are an organization within the City State of Styx made up of wizards and other magick wielders tasked primarily with maintaining the cleanliness of the streets of Styx.
The organization was founded as an effort to tackle the public health issues caused by the industrial advances of the Era of Steel and Brickwork as it led to a greatly increased spread of disease as well as pollution.
Theirs is the direly necessary and uncouth lot of cleaning up the refuse of the people of Styx and their livestock as well as dead animals or even deceased citizens themselves.
The Volshebnik Sanitarii are said to always be on the lookout for Corpse Crows which lead them to dead bodies to clean up and their reputation is that of being strange and slightly unhinged hermits.
