The Oath Celestial

This book, found in Argynvostholt, has clearly seen some shit — it's partially burned and slashed by a sword — but has since been carefully set along with two other volumes on a bookshelf. It is a devotional text apparently used by knights from a place called the Holy Empire of Valentia, which did not ring any bells for Ri-An, at least. It gave off strong Traditional Lawful Good Paladin vibes.
