The Trollskull

A newly opened tavern in Waterdeep, and the place where our heroes began their adventures together — all of them were at the grand opening of the Trollskull, which devolved into something between an orgy and a riot before a portal to the Feywild opened up in the middle of it, pulling our heroes (and @Gary) through. How these events have affected the Trollskull's reputation and profit margins is unknown. Apparently the fried scorpions are gret.
