The Honey Farm

Demographics

Faires from all four of the tribes live at the Honey Farm. Though the majority of the inhabitants are from the Forest Tribe.

Industry & Trade

As its name suggests, the Honey Farm focus is on the collection and distribution of honey. As the only honey farm on the mountain, most of the honey the fae consume comes from this farm. The farm has a large demand for clay pots and other containers to fill with their sweet nectar so they can dispense from the lake to the top of the Mountain.

Infrastructure

The Honey Farm has a fairly large storage area where the raw honey is collected. It is then moved for processing. The processing includes areas for straining the honey, crystallizing some of the honey, and pacing the honey in a variety of containers to be sent out the the fae that live around the mountain.

Guilds and Factions

Breeders

Work with the beehives to keep them healthy. They will often clear new areas of pests and encourage hives to split when more hives are needed.

Collectors

Work with the Breeders to determine when a hive has enough resources to make it through the winter. When a hive has stored enough honey for their needs the Collectors will extract honey for processing.

Processors

These fairy prepare the honey for delivery. Their duties range from filtering it to breaking the large dried crystals into fine powders.

Honey Men

These fairy are tasked with delivering the honey to the fey across the mountain. Many have routes they complete daily giving their customers the fresh honey on demand.

Tourism

Many fairys from around the mountain visit the Honey Farm both to see the honey production but also to the the flower gardens of the humans that live near by.
