House of Horus
What was a long time ago a pharaoh's palace is now turned to a very ancient temple. In the rule of Pharaoh Tiukesh it was still a palace, however after he had come to pass as his last wish he requested that the palace be turned into a beautiful temple as a very minute act of gratitude for the help he had gotten from Horus.
The palace was turned into both a new temple for horus and the holding place for the Sephter of Horus. This was the place where it has been for hundreds of years. Though on one faithful night when the Constillation of Horus was at its dimmest. A thief snuck into the temple and stolen it. The current location of the staff remains unknown though if the thief was ever found not the most benevelent god could save him then.
The temple is in charge of aiding the common folk as well as a foster home for when parents have died or are in need of aid. It can provides a limited amount of medicinal herb and ailments. The main medicinal ailment is Thylmin for the Tiukeshians to treat the remainder of Etalgaz.
Alterations
Over the centries that followed the original purpose of the palace the lay out has stayed pretty simular to the original. The rooms where the children sleep who reside within the temple, there is an odd mixture. The room itself looks beautiful with ornate engraving within it, however the beds and the furniture are donated to the church which are made to be functional. What used to be the throne room has been completely remodeled to be the holding place for the Sephter of Horus. The quite extensive room where to pool resides has been made into two bathrooms (one for male the other for female). The original pool was split in the middle so that either room has a simular size bath.
