Frilogarma

Queen Frilogarma is the sadistic nymph sorcerer who rules the Court of Ether in the Nar-Voth region of the Darklands. She and her dark fey followers were exiled to Golarion from the First World during a previous age, and are kept under careful surveillance by the svirfneblin and their elemental allies.
