Hags are all female and reproduce by twisting a female of another species into their form.

Changeling 

Changelings are the offspring of a Hag and another species, Hags will either kill these children outright or leave them with their father to raise them. In the case of female changelings, the hags will return to complete their haggish transformation once they come of age.
