Otto Hari

Otto washed up on the shore of Anthwaria where he was adopted by a Regian Priest of the Storm King. Otto showed an uncommon affinity for elemental water and honed his ability into Primal spellcasting by practicing on the shore where he was found. Anthwaria was attacked by Saolish pirates, that desecrated the Gozrehian temple. taking special interest in Otto the crew chained him and sold him to some handlers in Porantlan. He woke up in the back of a cart headed for Gagiet Jail, with a red fox following at a cautious distance.
