Ursus III

From his court in Deril , Ursus rules Savaria  as steward. Following the Goblinhorde Wars, he stationed the remains of the Savarian military along the Bhatti Steppe. Banditry runs rampant, but as long as trade flows from Saol  to Thom, the steward is not overly concerned.
In truth, it is well known that he is beholden to Saol, like his fathers before him. He makes regular trips to Asur, obediently answering the summons of House Cator.
