Those caught in the area of effect can make a simple reflex save against Fire and Force Damage effect. Treat the resistances of creatures in the area as if they were 10 lower for the purpose of determining the cataclysm's damage. Any creature that can see the blast must make a fortitude save against the blinding flash.
Critical Success The creature is unaffected by the blast.
Success The Creature is Dazzled 2.
Failure The Creature is Dazzled 3.
Critical Failure The Creature is Blinded.
