Fairkettle Trading Company

The halfling couple Tom and Bloom Fairkettle are a pair of adventurous merchants living in Ka-Tepi, working to provide good lives for their children Kallie (the eldest), Jabby, Greeby, and Frood (the extremely adventurous youngest, who carries his safety towel everywhere). Tom's elderly mother Apsia Fairkettle is a retired adventurer, although she can still drive a hard bargain in the marketplace. She spends most of her time taking care of her grandchildren.
Tom and Bloom recently discovered a new source of high-quality coffee beans, and signed an exclusive contract with the caravan bringing it. They sank almost their entire savings into buying the caravan's entire supply, and set out for Bajapur to sell it. They are four months into a two-year round trip.
