Haria el-Harith

Located in a pale blue tent in the Ka-Tepi Bazaar, magic-seller Haria el-Harith is a woman of mystery, much the same as her tent.   The tent has a solid marquee top with gauzy sides, but somehow nothing of the interior can be seen from outside, and sound does not pass through the walls. When the curtains fall across the doorway, all sound from outside is cut off, leaving the occupants in a cool and quiet space which seems to be larger than the outside would suggest. It is divided up internally by more translucent fabric sheets hanging from the ceiling, making it difficult to tell the actual size of the interior.   The floor is covered with an ornately woven carpet, with seating cushions scattered over it. When Haria is negotiating with customers, a low table will flow up out of the floor in the middle of the room. Iron-bound wooden chests line the sides of the main room to hold the magic items for sale or trade, but few will even notice them before Haria opens the lid of one, as the eye seems to slide off them. When the lid is closed, they are difficult to focus upon and easy to forget once again.
