Sergeant Amar el-Taran

Amar el-Taran is a Sergeant in the Ka-Tepi City Watch. Retired from the Durpari Lancers after he took an arrow to the knee, he joined the City Watch and was swiftly promoted to head trainer for new recruits. His watchful eyes miss nothing as he laconically observes the world around him. Pickpockets in Ka-Tepi make themselves scarce around him, as he is certain to spot them plying their trade.
