Council of Lords

The Camsdale Council of Lords is a ruling council of Nobles from the Matriarchy of Camsdale. They advise the Matriarch, and one of their number is always voted Matriarch after the previous retires or passes away.
The Council has power, and influence over the Matriarch, however; that power is not absolute. Push the Matriarch the wrong way and she can remove the Noble status of any house.
