Currency of the Alliance

The Alliance of the Five Realms has two official currencies, the Baramore Merchant coin and the Camsdale Golden Crown.
The Alliance honors both coins and holds them to have a 1 for 1 value.
In addition to their gold coin standard, each has a smaller silver and copper coin of similar design.

Baramore Merchant coin

The Merchant coin is a small gold coin (size of a quarter) that is a standard of trade created years before the Alliance was founded. It has a set of scales stamped on one side of it, and the date of its sealing on the other.
Due to the proliferation of Baramore trade, the Merchant was quite widespread when the founding occurred, and it was decided to keep the Merchant as an official currency.

Camsdale Golden Crown

The Crown is a large gold coin, almost twice the size of the Merchant. It is stamped with a crown on one side and the seal of Camsdale on the other.
