Misty Isles

The Misty Isles are a series of small isles located near the boundary to the Region of Water. Many of them rest in water or float just above it. A collection of peoples inhabit the isles, trading fish, water, and water goods with sailing vessels that float on the water.
Other inhabitants include an aquatic elven people known as the Aelrosi, and a large tribe of halflings that own several isles.
