Built upon a rocky plateau the Palace, Nobles District, and Religious Districts were designed to be a giant fortress. It can withhold a siege for a year or more. It has stood the tides of war for thousands of years and never fallen. Aracane Ballistas at each tower are built on a swivel that allows for defending from attacks both above and below, designed to take down adult Dragons they can also be equipped with harpoons.
