Mechanics & Inner Workings

The bearer gains the following abilities:

• Once per day, the attuned can use an action to summon a tidal wave that affects a 60-foot cone. Creatures in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 8d10 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
• The attuned gains the ability to cast the "control water" spell once per day without expending a spell slot.
