Fjaðrhamr gives the ability to its wearer to take the form of a falcon at will. It can be used up to two times in combat before long rest. Outside combat at will. The wearer assumes the falcons statblock, when in the form.
Fjaðrhamr is the cloak of Freyja, crafted by herself from real falcon feathers.
Cost: 1.200 gp
History
The cloak was made by her, but she wasn't the one to usually wear it. She would lend her companions, or friends, to help her do her bidding.
