Yorick's Grill and Bar
Somehow, the skull-themed decorating is charming. Also the creepy jester decor, but the skulls are a lot of fun. None of them are real, of course, but you can't expect your average restaurant owner to know how to source the genuine article.
A/n: Also that would be a huge health code violation.
Yorick's Grill is a lot of fun. Even when you have to contend with the endless hordes of teenagers who like going to the most popular hangout space, it's surprisingly pleasant. The food is reasonable, in that it is fast, cheap, and tastes pretty good for being fast and cheap.
It's a standard hangout place for the local teens of Mount Tallon , but not just for the food.
The Black Market
The second story is for sales. Illegal ones. Untaxed ones. The fun kind of sales. It's not my usual kind of clandestine sales area. No crazy weapons or classified information for sale here. It barely even qualifies as a black market since the police are fully aware of what's happening and don't do anything about it. It's a games market. The owner used to own a game and comic shop, but went out of business because of the exhorbitant prices. So he stocked up, bought a bunch of printers, and made bootleg copies of everything he could. He's also a great source for out of print older games. Since the "games" are cheap copies, he's not so fussy with his merchandise, so it's common to buy one and then play it over a vat of nachos. If you wreck a few cards or lose a few game pieces down a chair, the owner is usually willing to create a new one before you leave. A/n: The nachos are the best food available at Yorick's. Seriously. They're great. I second the recommendation.
