The Exalted

The Exalted are an elite group of individuals that have completed one or more communion ceremonies with a beacon sunstone. With each ceremony, each individual may gain powers and abilities beyond that of normal people. Those with these abilities sometimes become famous adventurers, heroes, or mages, while others become infamous criminals, tyrants, and monsters. 
Whatever their planned path, almost every Exalted has a goal to seek for unknown beacon sunstones. For if one is found, then those who hold it will find wealth and power beyond imagining.
