Tritons

Very little is known about the Triton race, save that they emerged from the Plane of Water sometime prior to the Calamity.

Triton's tend to look like humanoids covered in scales, with a few vestigial fins located on their arms and legs. While they have hair, it is often brightly colored in ways most races could not hope to emulate naturally. Their scale colors are also very bright, generally as blues or greens, but with occasional reds or purples.

Tritons have allied themselves with Sea Elves and often share their underwater towns and villages with them. Despite their wildly different background, Tritons and Sea Elves are considered to be firm allies, especially against the monstrous Sahuagin.
