Once per session, the Archaeologist can activate their ability:   Historical Insight: The Archaeologist's knowledge and expertise in archaeology come to the forefront. They gain a temporary boost to their Mind and Luck stats, reflecting their deep understanding of history and a touch of fortune when uncovering ancient mysteries. For the next hour, the Archaeologist gains a +2 bonus to Mind and Luck rolls. Additionally, the Archaeologist's ability allows them to tap into their passion for unraveling ancient mysteries and piecing together the stories of the past. They may roll their Mind+Luck+1d6 and consult with the Game Master (GM) for guidance or advantages related to archaeological tasks, such as excavation, artifact analysis, or historical research. Their historical insight can provide them with insights, strategic advantages, or opportunities to uncover hidden knowledge and ancient secrets. Moreover, the Archaeologist's expertise in historical contexts, cultural practices, and artifact identification make them adept at interpreting ancient symbols, recognizing patterns, or understanding the significance of archaeological finds. They have an advantage in tasks related to history, deciphering ancient scripts, or identifying the cultural origins of artifacts, however, the Archaeologist's relentless pursuit of ancient mysteries may lead them into dangerous situations or put them at odds with powerful individuals or supernatural forces connected to the past. Their dedication to uncovering the truth may result in potential difficulties in physical confrontations or situations requiring technical expertise outside their archaeological domain. As a result, they may suffer a temporary -1 penalty to Body rolls for physical challenges or Technical rolls unrelated to archaeological tasks.
