They gain a temporary boost to their Luck and and attempts at persuasion, allowing them to navigate treacherous situations and secure favorable outcomes. For the next hour, the Broker gains a +2 bonus to Luck rolls. Additionally, when interacting with NPCs in matters of trade, bartering, or agreements, the Broker can use their ability to enhance their bargaining position. They may roll their Luck+1d6 and consult with the Game Master (GM) for an advantage in negotiations. This advantage could lead to better trade deals, information exchange, or obtaining crucial resources. This ability costs one sanity point, reflecting their psyche slipping away from empathic, human connections.
