High Court

High Court is the congregation of the 20 most powerful noble families in Reigan, and is the counterpart to Low Court.
It is led by Grand Viceroy Cyrn Sylvar, along with Viceroy Norman Blackwell II. At least one member from each family must attend its bimonthly meetings, but more than one family can attend. Occasionally, a family will not show up as a power move, but rarely are there consequences for this.
