Qels Filt

Qels Filt is the son of Kor Filt and Luna Veldegon. He is seen as very aloof by other nobility, but is not entirely witless. His father is attempting to marry him to Joan Blackwell, but Joan continues to fervently reject the idea. The marriage would play a key role in mending somewhat unstable relations between The Blackwell Family and the Filt Family.
