The Opal Palace

Residence of The Malchanon Family, in Corrinth. As its name suggests, the place is extremely opulent and is rumored to have been a statement against the emperor when constructed, as it far surpasses the craftsmanship and cost of Emperor Valtarian's regional residence. It sits atop a hill overlooking Corrinth it's in and has a view of the harbor. Because it was built mostly as a sign of status, it serves a limited defensive purpose.
