Festival of Life

The festival of life, a yearly honoring of Horto, the God of Water and Life, is held on the 16. of the month of life in Merlon's Keep under the patronage of the King. Though it's once was used to thank Horto for his great gift, now it's just a celebration of life per se.  The lyrians will drink beer and liquor all day, eat the rarest meat and there are games, theater performances and fighting competitions. The highlights are the boar fight, the big brawl and the swimming competition. The heros of the day are the deep diver's of Horto's Lake though.
