Prince Iskar Bromokitz
Prince Iskar Bromokitz is the ruler of the Principality of Obros. A tall pale high elf. He has closely cut brown hair with a widow's peak, sharp cheekbones, and heavy-lidded eyes. He has cold hard eyes that he looks down on people with, sitting above a delicate nose and wide mouth. He wears well-cut scholar's robes in silk, carefully tailored. Iskar is considered a bit of a snob- he feels his country is the centre of education in the continent and views other countries as below him. He is somewhat out of touch with his countrymen outside of the areas around the capital, Renava. Iskar has exacting standards and reacts poorly when people make mistakes in etiquette. He leans towards cruelty in his law judgements, and his out-of-touch ideas mean a lot of his decisions are not helpful to his country's people. Prince Iskar is all about status.
