Calisen

The Walking City of Calisen is where the most intelligent minds, honed artificers, and most careful tinkerers live. Mostly Rock Gnomes and Hill Dwarves, as well as a mix bag of the intelligent people of the world.
It is run by a Council Think-Tank that decides what projects the City should be trying to create.
As of 1080 A.R.H. and until otherwise stated it is within Strakra in the Eracone Empire.

History

Originally the "Isle of Calisen" off the coast of the Eracone Kingdom from 103 A.R.H. to 910 A.R.H., the people of the Isle built a walking apparatus with the strength to pick up the Isle and set it down again. From then on, it traveled the world of Sye, not reliant on the Eracone Kingdom anymore.
